EASY 30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love everything you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy online returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment date, excluding clearance items marked as Final Sale. Exchanges for like items (same style and color in a different size) are free. For returns, a $6.95 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund.

Returned or exchanged merchandise must be in original and saleable condition and must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. All items must have original tags in place, and swimwear must also have the hygienic liner intact. If you would like to make a return or exchange an item for a different size, please process the request HERE.

Items returned for size or color exchange will not be charged a return shipping fee. Please place a new order if you would like a different item altogether. Regular shipping fees apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any item deemed defective by Sansuna LLC (after reviewing with the customer) may also be returned within 30 days of shipment.

Gift cards and e-gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. If returning a gift item, please note that the return will be refunded to a gift card.

For Brands We Love Marketplace returns, please use our Returns portal to process your return.

For all missing items, lost and damaged packages, please file a claim in our Claims Portal.

FINAL SALE

Clearance items marked as Final Sale and altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

To begin your online return or exchange, CLICK HERE, or log in to your account and click on “My Orders.”

Follow the steps online to complete your return.

Print your shipping label and packing slip. Cut along the guideline.

Pack your return securely along with the packing slip either in the original packaging or your own packaging.

Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.

Bring your package to a nearby drop-off location.

Once shipped, you can track your return package using the link provided in your email.

If you have chosen to present a QR code, please present this to your chosen drop-off location.

Please note that we do not process returns at our corporate office or sales center. Returns shipped to our corporate office or sales center may result in a shipping fee, or items may be returned to you at your expense. Items returned to us that are outside our return policy may also result in a return shipping fee, and may be refunded to a gift card.y consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
